Once shipped, most domestic U.S. orders arrive within 1–3 days, depending on the carrier and your location.

Processing or shipping may take longer during high-demand releases, restocks, or holidays.

Before shipping, every product is inspected and verified for 100% authenticity.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and service speed.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.


No Refunds or Cancellations

Due to the nature of the sneaker-resell market, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order is placed.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, Solesalsa is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier delays

  • Misdelivered shipments

For issues, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


International Shipping

International delivery times vary (typically 7–21 business days).

We cannot declare packages as “gifts” or lower customs values.
